Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:00)

The ideal candidate will be able to assist the Customer service executives on a daily basis and maintain the Customers’ requirements from receipt of order, conception of artwork, production planning and through to delivery of finished goods.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing requests and orders within the SAP system and NAD database
- To manage the daily Customer requirements and process delivery information onto SAP.
- Managing finished goods stock levels and Aged stocks, utilising forecasts and order history.
- Working closely with the Customer service specialist/planning/ PDM and purchasing team.
- Support customers and customer service team by providing daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Managing day to day paperwork and uploading important document information as and when required.
Skills Required
- 3+ years’ experience in an office environment
- Proficient knowledge of packaging, manufacturing, or industrial industry
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Outlook Email or similar system
- Use of a CRM system
- Use of Sage, SAP, or similar accounts package – desirable but not essential
