Position: Administrator/ Candidate Generator
Location: Slough
Duration: Permanent
Salary: up to £28,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a background in dealing with Candidate Generation or Resourcing or who has already got experience working with engineers.
This position is working for a very well established company based in Slough who are growing rapidly within their industry
The right person for this position will have excellent IT skills and a confident telephone manner. It would be an advantage to have some experience in resourcing for new staff via job boards, website updating and social media. It would also be an advantage if this person had some form of HR knowledge so that they can assist with job offers, induction days and interviews.
This is an office based role, however there could be potential after probation to do some remote working
Requirements
- Strong administration background
- Experienced in resourcing for new staff
- God with social media
- Confident telephone manner
- It would be an advantage if this person has some hr administration knowledge
- Experience working in recruitment would be an asset
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
