Position: Foot mobile Building Services Engineer (M&E)
Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Salary from £36,000 to £40,000 plus an Oyster card
We are looking for two experienced Building Services Engineers to cover foot mobile positions in London
This role will include dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical plant which will include: plant rooms, emergency lighting, water treatment, ahu’s, fan coil units, basic plumbing, alarm check, water testing as well as some fabric works
We do require this engineer to hold a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical)
As this is a foot mobile position we do not require these engineers to have a driving licence
Requirements
- Experience as a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
- Minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
- Based in a commutable distance into London
- Must have strong plant room knowledge
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
