Position: Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager
Location: Must be able to commute to Essex two days a week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £55,000 to £75,000 (plus package) subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Technical Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager for a full time, permanent position.
This position will be running a national team of Industrial Refrigeration Engineers as well as two office based Administrators. The position will include providing the Technical Support and Training to the engineers as well as to the clients, Account Management, Site Meetings, Supporting the Two Lead Engineers, Dealing with Small Works installation projects that have arisen from Service.
This role can be done as a hybrid position; however, we would require this Manager to attend the office at least a couple of days a week.
It is very important that this manager is technical within industrial refrigeration.
Requirements
- Strong Technical background in Industrial Refrigeration
- Management Experience
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of Ammonia based refrigeration.
- It would be an advantage if this person has dealt with small projects.
- Must be able to go to Essex at least 2 days per week.
- Needs to be very client and engineer focused.
