Field Service Assistant Technician

Location: North West

£22,000 – £25,000 plus company van, fuel card, company credit card, phone, death in service, employee assistance program, private pension, further training, qualifications & development and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days (with increases)

We are a market leader in the design and manufacture of flow meters. We help to prevent flooding, reduce pollution and improve rivers and bathing water.

Due to planned growth we are now looking for additional Field Service Assistant Technicians to join our team.

Purpose of the role:

As part of the field services team, you will carry out the installation, calibration and maintenance of Smart Flow and Level Monitors in the wastewater network, predominately in the North West of England.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing operational support to the Field Service Delivery Manager and Team Leaders
• Assist in planning your work schedule and driving route for the following week
• Produce timely and detailed service reports, document processes must be followed
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations, liaising with Head Office when required

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• A full UK driving licence (at least 2 years driving experience)
• Able to pass a basic DBS check
• Ideally based in Lancashire
• Be flexible to travel and stay away from home
