Service Coordinator
Location: South Wales
£20,000 – £25,000 plus private pension, death in service, healthcare, cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity & paternity leave and 23 days holiday excluding statutory days
We a specialist Water Hygiene Treatment company and our skills include inspection, risk assessment and implementation of chemical solutions.
Having been established since the early 2000’s we have an extensive portfolio of clients. Due to additional works, we are now looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our ever growing team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring optimum client service delivery in accordance with contractual agreements and industry standards
- Planning and scheduling of works
- Process transactional finance
- Collation, recording and distribution of site staff documentation
- Making sure the workforce have all the correct PPE and clothing
- Communicate, collate, input and submit workforce information i.e. sickness, annual leave, payroll etc.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Scheduling/Planning role within Engineering
- Be fully competent with MS Office including Word & Excel
- Good numeracy skills
- Based within a commutable distance of Neath
- Have the ability to work to strict deadlines
