This is a fantast opportunity to join a global leader within the Hvac industry, we are currently looking for a CAD Revit Technician to join our Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning team. Our Client delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC, chillers, BMS controls and M&E works.

The role:

In this role you will be to supporting our design team in the development of HVAC mechanical services Revit / CAD drawings such as ventilation ductwork, pipework services, heat pumps & services schematics.

Duties will include:

• Creation of Revit drawings from mark-up sketches from our design department for issuing to clients and external parties

• Integration of other MEP services / Revit layouts

• Participate in clash detection meetings (Teams) with client and amend drawings to suit

• Produce working drawings for all construction stages

• Provide accurate detailed drawings in both CAD and Revit formats inc schematics

• Liaise with design engineers and clients to understand their requirements and make drawing amendments where necessary

Experience:

• Proven experience of using the latest version of Revit (min 3 years’ experience)

• Ideally office based, to be able to liaise closely with the office based design engineers

• Teammate, who'll be a part of our drawing office team and supporting each other

• Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to clients
