Position: Commercial Maintenance Contract Manager
Location: Reading/ Newbury/ Basingstoke
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 with £7,000 car allowance and potential bonus
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Contracts Manager for a full time permanent position.
This remote position will be managing a prestigious contract that currently holds over £100K of planned and reactive maintenance each month.
This Contracts Manager will be running a team of engineers that include air conditioning, commercial gas, electrical maintenance and fabric technicians.
The right person for this position will come from a building services background. They need to have worked as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Engineer or Service Manager. It would be an advantage if this person came from a technical building services background
Requirements
- Experienced in dealing with Contract Management
- Technical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Must have the ability to work remotely
- Excellent management skills
- Experienced in dealing with high end clients
Package
- Basic salary subject to experience level
- £7,000 car allowance
