Learning & Development Coach
Location: Swindon
Starting salary £37,800 increasing to £39,900 after successful completion of Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Level 3 TAQA
In addition, the option of a company car/car allowance, fuel card/mileage allowance, phone, tablet, pension, further training and development and 25 days excluding bank holidays
We are an established and successful provider of technical training and qualifications to the water utility sectors.
Due to expansion, we are looking for an additional Learning & Development Coach to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- To plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities with learners in the workplace
- Deliver classroom-based training to a group of up to 12 learners
- Conduct training and assessment covering skills and competencies as appropriate on and off site as required and provide a wide range of training solutions based on employer needs
- Be responsible for a caseload of learners ensuring timely completion with agreed timescales appropriate for level ad individual needs
- Track and record the vocational progress of learners on a regular basis/as required reporting and taking action in respect of any concerns (including the 20% of the job training)
- Assess ad monitor portfolio of learners work and ensure completion within agreed deadlines and target date (including electronic or paper based portfolios)
- Complete assessment paperwork to the required audit standards
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Full UK driving licence
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience with mains laying/repair & maintenance of existing pipework
- Hold EUSR Water Hygiene card
- Be on the Street Works register
