Position: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
Location: Based in the North West
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £44,000 to £48,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager for a full time permanent position.
This position will be working for a very well established building services company who have a strong projects team dealing with commercial installation projects throughout the North West and nationally
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who is able to manage multiple commercial installation projects across the UK. This projects will include refurbishments and installation for hotels, retail, colleges, schools, offices and many other commercial sites
This person will be managing a team of installation plumbers who will be working on projects all over the UK. They will me making sure that these projects are run to time scale and to budget as well as supporting the engineers on site
Requirements
- Experience as a Plumbing Project Manager
- Must have a hands on experience as a commercial plumber
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in the North West or West Yorkshire
- At least a level 2 in plumbing
- CSCS card
