Position: Air Conditioning Installation Project Manager
Location: Based in a commutable distance to Preston
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Person for a full time permanent position in Project Management
This position is within an already established team that cover air conditioning installation projects throughout the North West
The right person for this position will already have a strong technical background in air conditioning installation. They will have either worked as a project manager or a lead engineer looking to step up into a management position.
This person must have experience in dealing with small quotations, mobilising contracts, organising materials, man management, site visits as well as some of the financial responsibility.
We do need this person to have on site air conditioning installation experience and be based in a commutable distance to the office, however this role can also be hybrid
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning Installations
- Must have site management experience
- Able to deal with rota’s, materials, health and safety etc
- Able to read and adjust technical drawings
- Ability to mobilise a contract from scratch
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to commute to Preston
