Position: Commercial Pipe Fitting Project Manager

Location: London and the Home Counties

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 plus package

We are looking for a Commercial Pipe Fitting Project Manager for a full time permanent position in the South East

This position will be running projects for a prestigious client that has multiple projects planned in relation to commercial refurbishments. These projects will include refrigeration, ventilation and pipe work

We are looking for an experience project manager to run the pipe work side of the projects that will include internal and external pipe work at a size of 20ml to 100ml. These projects will need someone who already has project experience, preferably with a bank of sub contractors.

The need to be able to mobilise the project and run it through to completion.

This person does need to come from a pipe fitting background. It would be an advantage if this person has experience working within a retail or supermarket project environment.

Requirements

• Working experience as a Pipe Fitter Project Manager
• Needs to have experience with commercial refurbishments.
• Able to run a million pound project
• Based in or around London
• Happy to commute into London for meetings and projects
• Good knowledge of local contractors
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have a technical pipe fitting background
• Experience around refrigeration plant would be a major advantage
