Project Manager

My client is a well-established Mobile Elevating Work Platform manufacturer and one of the largest in Europe which supplies worldwide, to continue this they are looking for Project Manager to join their growing team. Due to continued growth and work load they are looking for a Project Manager to join them and help continue this exciting growth period by assisting with the development of new products by being involved within planning, management, and completion of projects. Supplying over 40 companies worldwide and with over 400 employees across the UK they really are a fantastic place to work and professionally develop within a fast paced environment.

Title – Project Manager
Location – Milton Keynes
Salary - £40,000 – 50,000 plus additional package, including 25 days holiday, healthcare scheme, 5% pension contribution, Annual bonus, cycle to work scheme, free family events, free company lunches and more.

Working Monday – Friday (0800 - 1630)

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate, monitor and prioritise the activities within the project team.
• Lead the generation and completion of project briefs and product specification documents.
• Work closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish an understanding of the project’s main objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure the completion of different phases of projects are within the agreed schedules.
• Oversee the projects performance using specific tools, systems, and techniques.
• Ensure projects are complete within agreed scope and budgets. Enabling a smooth handover.
• Report project status to the relevant parties and escalate to management as needed.
• Prepare and manage project plans and schedules.
• Complete the relevant documentation throughout the projects processes.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Previous Project Management is essential.
• A degree within engineering or relevant industry experience.
• An experience of managing the design & development of new products from conception to completion.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Good levels of attention to detail.
• Experience of making decisions and can showcase strong leadership skills.
• Able to motivate a team to ensure project dead lines are met within agreed times with clients and stakeholders.
