We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our growing team to cover our UK Wide customer base.

£25,000-£28,000
West Midlands Based – covering UK wide.

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm – any work outside these hours paid time ½

Key duties and responsibilities for the position:
· As a Telecoms Engineer, you will be responsible for, conducting site surveys, for Hosted Telephony and Broadband
· Installation and Configuration of Gamma Horizon, Routers and Cables, and maintaining the relevant documentation to sign off.
· Support Desk, resolving tickets, and escalating when needed.
· Completing assigned daily tasks
· Potential out of hours support work when required.
Experience in installing/supporting Gamma Horizon as well as installing routers, switches and cables are required.
