London (Field Based)
£40,000 - £50,00023 days annual leave + bank holidays + annual profit share + expenses
Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:00
The Company:
State of the art corporate meeting rooms, studios for the UK’s largest broadcast outlets and big picture displays for football stadiums across the UK.
As a group of specialists within AV across multiple sectors, we are now collaborating to expand the team in search of an experienced Project Engineer to play an integral part in the delivery of high quality AV installations.
The Role:
To play a vital role in the planning and installation of AV projects within the corporate, hospitality and leisure sector.
From collaborating with designers, getting hands on with the installations to commissioning and testing installed systems and seeing completed projects in action, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Key duties include:
- Collaborating with the Project Manager and design team, providing technical input to ensure the clients requirements are met.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site.
- Ensure that projects are completed in the agreed timescale.
- Carrying out the installation of AV hardware within various sectors.
- Testing and commissioning of installed systems.
- To carry out preventative maintenance and service work when required.
- Ensure accurate completion of all installation documents and any necessary paperwork.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- 3+ years experience as an AV Engineer.
- Working knowledge of systems such as: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Medialon, Evertz.
- Understanding of Auto CAD.
- ECS, PASMA, IPAF or CTS certifications.
- Full UK Driving License
