I am currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a business we design,  supply, install, commission and maintain fire alarm systems and the necessary equipment across the UK to a very high standard.

The Role:

• Site visits/surveys
• Effectively manage the clients needs and then plan and implement the project
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices
• Compiling quotes in line with the correct standards and utilising the company standard pricing tools to achieve the correct margins
• Making sure projects are achieved on time
• Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with clients
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to organise and arrange completion of works
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services
• Increase knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to enhance market position
• Ability to manage own diary and time effectively
• Any other duties as necessary in the role

Skills and requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience in project management role
• Fire knowledge essential
• FIA accredited beneficial
• Professional, focused and results driven
• Strong individual with positive outlook
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages
• Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close deals’
• Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions
• Determined approach
• Full UK driving license
