Senior Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Location: East Sussex / Southern Counties

£50,000 per ann. OTE £75,000, Car allowance or Co car, Heath care, iPhone, Laptop

25 days holiday plus BH, pension.

We have been in the HVAC industry for 20 plus year, and have grown from strength to strength, and are now looking to expand further. As specialist in selling project in the M&E market, residential and fit outs, amongst others, we take great pride in giving the best possible service from start to finish, seeing out projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are kept within. In the past few years, a real emphasis has been put on renewables, and making our projects as energy efficient as possible.

The Role:

• Hybrid role, working from home, seeing clients but you’re welcome to work from the office.
• Managing and maintaining existing customers – going through their existing database / CRM, winning back business, and extending existing contracts.
• Winning new business
• Site visits to clients
• liaising with other teams, i.e. sales support, tech team.
• Bias towards East Sussex / Southern Counties.

Skills and Experience:

• Must be a proven salesperson, within the HVAC industry – with figures to show this ideally.
• Experienced with selling into retail, M&E and Residential.
• Able to spec out appropriate equipment to order.
• A good level of technical knowledge on the above systems.
• Working towards KPI’s
• Confident doing site visits and the ability to do presentations to clients, and if needed the management team.
• Being able to do efficient reports for management.
• Good all-around IT skills.
