£50k - £55k Human Resources Manager Hull
It’s with the greatest pleasure that I have the opportunity in presenting this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a well-established successful Hull based company. Working within a highly experienced team over 200 employees you will be a valued and respected member of the team.
The HR function within any business is extremely important to ensure Stability, Security and Steadfastness to support successful strategy.
Experience required.
- Management of employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Manage talent and recruitment.
- Align HR strategy with business goals.
- Advise managers on HR knowledge and procedures.
- Improve the work on reward strategy.
- Support new starter inductions.
- Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures
Additional requirements
- 5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Understanding of GDPR
- Ability to be discreet and confidential.
- CIPD Level 5 minimum
