Experience required. –
- Proven record in key account management and providing customer satisfaction.
- Time response to queries and customer requests
- Dispute and complaint resolution
- Identify performance issues and provide training where needed.
- Able to manage staff positively.
- Uploading of reports to aid the planning and achieving of KPI’s.
Person specification –
3 yrs. experience within a team leader or team support role
3yrs experience in customer service
