£35,000 - £55,000 DOE

The Company:

This multi award winning residential AV integrator has built a great reputation for installing top of the range home cinema rooms, luxury home automation systems and bespoke commercial offices to their portfolio of high profile clients.

The Role:

To carry out preventative maintenance, remote and on site service support to high profile clients.

Key duties include:

-          To troubleshoot issues with residential AV hardware and control systems ie. Home cinemas, access control, audio systems, touch panels, projectors, Lutron, Control 4 and Crestron systems.

-          Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure any installed systems continue to run smoothly.

-          Installation of small upgrades and replacements of AV devices.

-          To be able to work occasionally on an on call rota.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

-          Minimum of 1 years’ experience servicing or commissioning residential AV systems.

-          Excellent customer service skills with the ability to put clients at ease.

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

-          Programming experience with Control 4 or Lutron.

In return:

You will receive an annual salary ranging between £35K - £45K depending on your level of experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, statutory pension and any specialist equipment required to carry out your day to day duties.
