Position: Mobile Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £37,000 to £39,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking or an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering Suffolk.
This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites which will include offices, schools, nhs sites etc
The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background. They need to be able to deal with the planned and reactive maintenance and compliance on emergency lighting, plant rooms, fan coils, water testing, temperature testing, lighting replacements etc
The right person for this position will have a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical) as well as a full UK driving licence
Requirement
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to Bury St Edmunds
- Level 2 building services qualification
- Able to deal with electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Good plant room knowledge
