Position: Building Services Contracts Manager
Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Technical Building Services Contracts Manager for a full time permanent position.
This position will be managing service and maintenance contracts for commercial sites throughout South Wales.
These sites will include offices, retail, schools, industrial estates etc.
They will also be running a team of 10 mobile and static building services engineers throughout the region.
The right person for this position will already have a working background as a building services contracts manager. They need to have strong technical knowledge of commercial sites that will include water checks, fan coil and ahu maintenance, emergency lighting, plant room maintenance as well as all on site compliance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Contracts Manager
- Must have a good working knowledge of commercial M&E Maintenance
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Preferred if this person has a mechanical or electrical qualification
- Based in or around South Wales
- Experience in running maintenance contracts to a value of £1 million.
