On-site Service & Commissioning Engineer (Audio Visual)

£40,000 - £60,000 DOE

Company van + fuel card + overtime + 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:30

The Company:

An AV integrator with 20 years of experience installing and designing innovative AV solutions for organisations within the corporate and education sectors.

The Role:

Providing on-site AV support, service and maintenance to a multi-campus educational facility in London.

Key duties include:

-          Daily meeting room checks ensuring all AV equipment is fully functional and running smoothly.

-          Troubleshooting and repairing AV systems including control systems, DSPs, screens, projectors and more.

-          Assist in the installation and commissioning of any technology upgrades.

-          Set up of meeting room booking systems.

-          Carry out configuration/reconfiguration of audio DSPs where necessary.

-          Provide client user training on how to use systems.

Essential Qualities and Skills:

-          1+ years experience troubleshooting and commissioning systems such as AMX and QSC.

Preferred Qualities and Skills

-          Experience as an Onsite Engineer within the education sector

Package:

-          Salary ranging between £40K - £60K dependant on experience.

-          23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

-          Company van and fuel card – can be used for personal use.

-          Overtime rates available.

-          Laptop, phone and tools.

Additional information:

This role is highly likely to lead into a leadership position managing a team of Onsite Engineers and would require a great set of organisational skills and technical knowledge to be able to resolve issues quickly across multiple campuses.
