We have been providing IT Support, Consultancy, and Managed Services to customers across a variety of industries for over 25 years. Based in Worcester, the majority of our customer base is centred around the midlands, however, as we continue to grow the business we are taking on work nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to join our business as Head of Customer Service and Operations Manager.

£35,000-£50,000
08:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Office Based – Worcester City Centre
22 days holiday + banks, rising to 24 days after 2 years.

The Role:
The Head of Customer Service is responsible for ensuring that all departments are running smoothly. They plan, schedule, purchase and coordinate all aspects of operations to make sure business continues as usual with minimal downtime or interruption.
- The Suitable candidate must be able to manage and co ordinate the back office functions of the business liaising with senior management and staff alike.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining engineer scheduling and deployment in conjunction with the CTO.
- Maintain all records and client information along with the internal account management team including the order processing and successful completion of installations and records and admin associated with this.
- Deal as a high level customer escalation point both proactively and reactively and see any remedial actions to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Oversea any administerial function of the business from inbound calls to client service contracts and complaints.

- MUST have experience within IT and Telecoms industry
