Description

In this exciting Account Director role, you will be responsible for expanding our brand in UK and Ireland, to drive sales and grow the brand by selling the physical, IT & cyber portfolio to self-found new clients.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director / Manager who can demonstrate experience of understanding customer needs, as well as an ability to discover new accounts.

The role will be hybrid based, with the expectation to be at client site three days a week.

£40,000-£45,000 basic

45p per mile reimbursed

Uncapped OTE – Commission paid at 20%

9:00-17:30 – Monday-Friday

Work from home position.

Role responsibilities


  • You will attract new customers and increase the sales to the existing UK & I base.
  • You will need to identify new business opportunities to target customer sectors.
  • It will be your responsibility to target and win new accounts.
  • Together with our product specialists and sales engineers organise and execute product presentations for new potential clients.
  • you will be responsible for achieving budget goals for sales volumes, margins as well as personal development goals.
  • Support with vendor incentives
  • Support marketing campaigns specific to the customer base.

Experience required to be successful in the role.


  • Security software sales experience within IT & cyber
  • You should have a history of business development and acquisition of new logos.
  • Experience in collaborating closely with new customers to deliver solutions against the requirements.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Self-confidence.
  • You will need to be an initiative-taker.
  • You should be fine committing to travel where necessary.
