My client is a rapidly growing fire alarm installations company who are looking for an experienced Fire alarm service engineer who has experience with Security products based in the Yorkshire. The company specialise in the design, installation, commission and maintenance of Fire alarms across the North of England. They have been established for over 30 years and have grown year on year, now employed over 70 people over 3 different divisions. They are a Notifier integrator and thrive themselves on a happy workplace.

The role:

This role will require the ideal candidate to service and maintain a wide range of Fire alarms within commercial properties as well as Social housing properties around the Midlands. You will be expected to work to the highest standard in line with FIA regulations. Work is sent to you to PDA’s and is organised on a weekly basis correctly and professionally. Fire alarms you would be expected to come across are; Notifier, Gent, Morley, Advanced, Kentec, Ziton and many more. As well as Fire alarms, you will be required to work on Access Control systems too.

Experience and skills required:

• Experience servicing a wide range of Fire alarms
• Experience servicing Access Control system is essential
• Knowledge and experience of installing and commissioning Fire alarms (benefit not essential)
• FIA units 1, 4 and 5
• Full UK Driving licence
• Ability to work alone and in a team
