BMS Service & Maintenance Engineer (Static)
Location: High Wycombe
£40,000-£55,000 Basic Salary, Subject to experience.
Car Allowance, Travel Time (Less Than an Hour), 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Overtime Paid at Time and a Half, 37.5 hours working week, life assurance, business travel accident insurance, medical insurance.

Due to a large project undergoing major upgrades over the next 5 years our client is looking for a service & maintenance engineer (commissioning experience would be desirable)
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Knowledge of the Honeywell / Tridium / Trend platform or similar systems
- Good understanding of software strategy with head end and system integration knowledge
- Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, Modbus
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Customer focused with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Network experience would be beneficial.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Strong engineering background with a minimum of 5 years as a BMS Engineer.
- Solid experience of TREND hardware, networks and or Tridium control platforms.
- C & G level 2 upwards or equivalent Electrical qualifications.
- Able to demonstrate strong diagnostic skills on control problems.
- Must have an excellent mechanical plant knowledge.
- Happy to work within a team but also have a proactive approach working alone and managing your own time.
- Must have a full driving licence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to motivate and influence at all levels.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
