Assistant Financial Controller Job Description

• Reviewing costs and implementing new processes
• Understanding KPI’s
• Review margins and highlight where improvements can be made.
• Preparation of weekly revenue and payroll forecasting
• Daily meetings and interactions with Heads of Departments
• Provide support to the Financial Controller
• Ensuring all financial controls and procedures across the group are robust, sustainable, and maintained and updated accordingly.
• Preparation of Month End lead schedules
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including accruals and prepayments
• Income Audit management
• Manage the collection of debts on a timely basis.

Skills & Experience

• Approachable
• ACCA / CIMA Qual of QBE
• Keen eye for details
• Process driven.
• Good communicator
