Salary - £40k

• Build and execute the rooms strategy.
• Manage rates strategy.
• Achieve Monthly Budgets Targets
• Ensure Profitability
• Work alongside others within the group to support revenue strategy.
• Develop new business and new revenue streams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Business Development Experience
• Experience using OPERA (not essential)
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills written and verbal.
