Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Cardiff

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £34,000 to £35,000 plus package (annual pay review in December)

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a static site in Cardiff.

This position will be working with other site engineers and supported by mobile engineers that cover the Cardiff area.

The right person for this position will already have experience as a commercial building services engineer, having experience with legionella testing, hot and cold water, on site compliance monitoring, plant room maintenance, emergency lighting, alarm check and fan coil maintenance.

We require this person to be holding a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical). This is a static site so no vehicle will be provided, however there is a parking space at the site for this engineer.

Requirements

•            Strong background in commercial building services maintenance

•            Based in the Cardiff area.

•            Holding a level 2 qualification (mechanical or electrical)

•            Happy to work a Monday to Friday position.

•            No driving licence required.

•            Basic salary based on a Monday to Friday 40 hour week
