Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Now seeing further expansion, we are looking to speak with an experienced Technical Manager to take the lead on the design and technical aspects of some really exciting projects.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Manager, you will be at the heart of technical operations, overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of AV systems within theatre settings. Your expertise in AV solutions design, networking and control systems will be instrumental in delivering top-tier solutions for our theatres across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize AutoCAD to design and plan AV systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
Act as the bridge between project managers, installation teams, and the sales team to ensure successful project execution.
Overseeing the installation and commissioning process.
Producing cable schedules and accurate design documentation.
Provide assistance in the specification of AV equipment required for each project.
Attending site visits where required to ensure projects are progressing in a timely manner.
Assist in the development of documentation, including system diagrams and technical reports.
Ideal Experience:
Proven experience in designing AV systems using AutoCAD.
A good understanding of Crestron, AMX, and Dante systems.
Strong networking knowledge.
Proficiency in DMX lighting control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Full UK driving license.
Package:
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
