Position: Commercial Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central Milton Keynes
Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £25,000 to £28,000
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer for a permanent Full Time position in the centre of Milton Keynes
This position will be working in one of the large retail establishments dealing with planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
They will be dealing with basic carpentry, painting, plastering, carpet fitting etc.
The right person for this position will already have experience in providing maintenance on a commercial site. It would be an advantage if they held a level 2 building services qualifications in either carpentry, plastering or decorating however; this is not essential.
This is a midweek position, covering full days (no weekend work). There is the potential of overtime through out of hours work
Requirements
- Experience in dealing with Commercial Maintenance
- Happy working as part of a team
- Level 2 building services qualification preferred but not essential.
- Able to commute to the centre of Milton Keynes
- Experience on commercial site dealing with carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc
