My client are a reputable sales and service provider of a leading brand in sheet metal machine tool equipment. The company is witnessing steady growth and are now looking to add another specialist laser field service engineer to their dynamic team in Worcester.

The Role:

• You will provide breakdown cover for their growing client base from the Worcestershire area, covering mainly the midlands but nationwide if required.


• You will install and commission laser cutting, punching and press brake equipment from a market leading manufacturer.


• Refurbish, fit, and test machines in their Worcester facility ready for re-sale.


• You will become part of a close-knit team and contribute positively to their work culture.


• Weekend work is not a requirement, however, if the need arises it is at your discretion whether to work the overtime.

Requirements:

• PLC and mechanical experience


• Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings.


• Fault finding skills, schematic understanding.


• Experience on laser cutting/ punching or bending equipment is desired.


• Ability to work unsupervised following training.


• A strong customer service-oriented manner.


• You MUST live in Worcester, or the surrounding areas as in-housework is required as well as site work


• UK driving license.
