Position: Static Commercial Electrician

Location: Chelsea, London, SW10

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician for a prestigious static site based in Chelsea.

This position will have an Electrician working alongside a skilled Mechanical Engineer who deals with the HVAC plant.

This electrician will be dealing with all of the electrical on site compliance as well as replacing lighting, power sockets, all on site maintenance as well as supporting the other engineer on site

The right person for this position will need to be very customer service driven due to the nature of the site. They need to be able to work very closely with the people managing the site to make sure that every area of the site is in good working order.

We require this person to be level 3 qualified with 18th edition. They do not need to have test and inspect but it would be a bonus

Requirements

•              Strong working background as a commercial electrician

•              Must have experience working on very high end sites.

•              Must have great communication skills

•              Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering

•              18th Edition

•              Test and inspect would be a bonus

•              Happy to commute to Chelsea daily
