Position: Refrigeration Service Manager
Location: Commutable to South Mimms
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 plus car, bonus etc
Due to promotion we are looking for a Refrigeration Service Manager to join an existing team based North of London.
This team consists of three office people as well as eight service, engineers. The right person for this position does need to have technical experience within refrigeration. It would be an advantage if they have experience with refrigeration from small commercial to heavy commercial and CO2
This person needs to have experience managing a team. They need to be willing to be the face of the service team, attending client meetings, training engineers, supporting office staff and clients.
Must have a strong background in health and safety and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Strong working background in Refrigeration
- Must have management experience
- Service management experienced preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to South Mimms
- Good technical knowledge
- Experience in growing a team within a progressive company
