Position: Electrical Bias Building Services Site Supervisor
Location: Sutton in Surrey
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £43,000 to £44,000 plus annual bonus of up to 10%
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Supervisor for a static site based in Sutton.
This position will be working for a well established building services company that manages the planned and reactive maintenance for this site.
They will be looking for an experienced engineer who has already got some experience leading a team as well as dealing with the health and safety, risk management, client liaison as well as hands on maintenance. They will be managing two other engineers of site as well as being the face of the company for the client.
We would prefer this engineer to be electrical bias. Level 3 qualified with test and inspect.
Due to this being a static site we do not require a UK driving licence, however we will require this person to be based in an easy commute to Sutton.
Requirements
- Experience as a Building Services Supervisor
- Based in a short commute to Sutton in Surrey
- Must be Level 3 qualified with test & inspect
- Good IT skills
- Experience in dealing with on site health and safety
- Good with clients as well as staff
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Monday to Friday position
- No on call
- Annual bonus of up to 10%
- 22 days holiday increasing yearly
