Currently supporting a local Rosendale business in their search for their new Customer Service Superstar. This role will suit someone who gets joy out of the customer experience. This company is a growing long established family run business that has kept that family feel. You will be reporting into two lovely Customer Services managers who will provide on-going training and support. They promote a friendly team environment and provide quarterly and monthly events. The successful candidate will be a natural communicator and will show an ability to listen.
Customer Service Representative
Salary:£23k - £25k
Working hours:Mon – Thus 8:30am – 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Location : Rosendale
Duration: Permanent
The role will involve.
- Assist in maintaining client satisfaction against the operational SLAs.
- To proactively keep abreast of market / technology developments and communicate with the team and management to ensure the firm is planning to use the most effective technology to support its business objectives.
- To ensure the successful logging and updating of faults and enquiries on the company system, ensuring resolution and updating of customers against SLAs.
- Managing and prioritise many open cases at one time.
- To be able to review and present performance reports to clients and take positive steps with causal analysis.
- To ensure that Administration duties are maintained against company standards.
- To work with customers / suppliers to identify & diagnose problems. Solving faults and providing resolutions.
- To troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues.
- To make calls with networks to assist with queries.
- To keep records, along with despatching of stock & billing information.
- To download & upload call data records daily, ensuring accuracy.
- To obtain & re-bill all the relevant charges monthly.
- To complete billing checks against agreed and billed charges.
- To calculate and complete monthly agent commission reports.
- To proactively alert customers to data usage and overspend.
- To rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience within Customer Services
- Proven track record in problem solving.
- Good communicator written and verbal.
- IT services knowledge would be a bonus.
- Ability to listen.
