We are an Ofcom registered expanding Telecoms Company, aiming to always be at the forefront of the industry. We have agreements with all major UK Networks across a full range of products and services. We are looking for a desk based provisioning coordinator to join our team in our Manchester office. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service and support.
Provisioning Coordinator
£23,000-£28,000 per annum
9:00-5:30 OR 9:30-6:00 Monday-Friday
Manchester based office, Friday’s WFH!
28 Days Holiday incl Banks.

As a member of the Unified Communications Provisioning team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis, provisioning and support for out wide range of products and services including:
- Hosted Telephony (VoIP)
- Connectivity
- UC
- WLR
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
- Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation
- Escalating queries and concerns where necessary
- Liaising with suppliers
- Provisioning products and services
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience within the telecommunications industry in a support role
- Technical knowledge and understanding
- Effective organisational and communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
