Audio Visual/Live Event sector

£28,000-£39,000 basic salary
25 days holidays, company pension.
My client is a creative and technology driven company with over 20 years in the industry. They work with top brands, agencies, and production companies to provide live, hybrid and virtual event experiences. Worked with clients such as Candy Crush, Adidas, Panasonic and many more.
The role:
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. As an Account Manager you will be the contact between clients and internal teams, managing projects, budgets, and timelines. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients. The role will be split between 60% existing clients and 40% new business.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
- Driving license is essential.
- Experience in the events industry is preferred.
