I am currently looking for a Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. We are one of the most trusted and knowledgeable Fire & Security providers with over 20 years’ experience.  

The Role:

• To develop and grow the Operations Department and set strategic direction for the department


• Manage all installation, service and fault works within the business


• Effectively manage relationships


• Provide operations and financial reports


• Ensuring compliance with governing bodies and H&S regulations


• Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with colleagues


• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services


• Ability to manage own diary and time effectively


• Any other duties as necessary in the role


• Travel to meet clients

Skills and requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience in operations or projects role


• Fire & Security knowledge essential


• Strong leadership qualities


• Highly organised


• Professional, business focused and results driven


• Strong individual with positive outlook


• PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages


• Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions


• Determined approach


• Full UK driving license
