AV Installation Engineer
London (Field Based)
£40,000 - £55,000
23 days annual leave + bank holidays + annual profit share + expenses
Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:00
The Company:
State of the art corporate meeting rooms, studios for the UK’s largest broadcast outlets and big picture displays for football stadiums across the UK.
As a group of specialists within AV across multiple sectors, we are now collaborating to expand the team in search of an experienced Installation Engineer to play a vital role in the delivery of high quality AV installations.
The Role:
To play an integral role in the installation of AV projects within the corporate, hospitality and leisure sector.
You will be primarily covering the London area and play the role of a Senior Engineer, leading the installation team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard meeting the client’s requirements.
Key duties include:
- 1st and 2nd fix installations of digital signage, broadcast equipment, LED video walls, speakers, VC solutions and a variety of other audio visual systems.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site, remaining presentable at all times.
- Sharing knowledge and providing guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed on site.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- To carry out occasional preventative maintenance and service visits when required.
- Ensure accurate completion of all installation documents and any necessary paperwork.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- 3+ years experience as within audio visual installations.
- A basic understanding of Crestron and Extron systems.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- The ability to configure networks.
- A good understanding of RF and broadcast equipment.

For your hard work, you will be provided with an annual salary of between £40,000 - £55,000, travel expenses, 5% pension contributions along with 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. You will also receive a mobile phone, laptop and any necessary tools required to complete your day to day tasks.
