Hertfordshire
£28,000 - £29,000 DOE
Annual Bonus, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases with service, Progression Opportunities, and Pension
I am currently looking for an Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team. We are a leading distributor of fire and security solutions. Our purpose is to provide our customers with the best product and service throughout CCTV, Fire, Access Control and Intruder divisions.
The Role:
- To provide technical support to clients
- Product testing and software showing
- Effectively manage the relationship with existing customers
- Accurately update our system with details with customer returns
- Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with colleagues
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Increase knowledge of the industry
- Ability to manage own diary and time effectively
- Any other duties as necessary in the role
Skills and requirements:
- Previous demonstrable experience in technical support role
- Professional and business focused
- Fire & Security knowledge
- Strong individual with positive outlook
- PC literate
- Problem solver who can generate ideas and solutions
- Determined approach
- Full UK driving license
