Position: HR Administrator
Duration: 12 Month Maternity Cover
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: From £26,000 to £30,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity contracts for a company based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
This position will be supporting the contracts managers with all of the new starters for the company. This will include:
- The on boarding process
- Sending offer letters and contracts
- Right to work checks
- Monitoring company sick leave and attendance
- Maintaining the hr records
- Handling disciplinary procedures
- Ensure that the hr manual and employees hand book is maintained
- Support payroll with new starters and leavers
- Monthly reports
- Supporting the fleet managements
Requirements
- Strong working background in HR Administration
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- Must be willing to work office based.
- Based in a commutable distance to St Ives
- Able to work full time offices hours.
Package
- Basic salary subject to experience level
- Monday to Friday 9-5
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Immediate start (subject to interview)
