Position: Mobile Commercial Fabric Technician
Location: North and South London (7 sites only)
Duration: Permanent
Package: Salary from £35,000 to £38,000 plus van and package
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Technician for a full time permanent position in London.
This position will be working for a well established medium sized building service company that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial sites throughout London
This position will need someone that is able to deal with:
- Painting and decorating
- Basic Carpentry (replace doors, locks etc)
- Fair alarm bell tests
- Tap temps
- Emergency lighting tests
- Basic plumbing (replace taps and toilet cisterns)
- Basic electrical (replace like for like light fittings)
- It would be an advantage if this person had any experience with ahu’s
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- A level 2 qualification in either plumbing, carpentry or decorating would be an advantage but not essential.
- Happy to travel around London.
- Experience in dealing with commercial compliance.
- Able to do the above
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Company van and expenses
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
