Position: Static Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Central London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £40,000 to £43,000
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position in London
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning plant that will include splits, multi splits and vrv’s for a very prestigious client in London
This engineer will be based on one site, however they will be supporting 6 sites in total that are walking distance from each other.
The right person for this position will already have a strong air conditioning background and happy to do general building services maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Air Conditioning
- Must have fgas Cat 1
- Good building services knowledge
- Needs to be very customer focused.
- Happy to support other sites (on foot) that belong to the client.
Package
- Excellent basic salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Monday to Friday position
- No on call
