London (M4 Corridor) – Hybrid Role.

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE.

Job Description:

• Accountable for co-ordinating multiple security installations across the South Region.
• Manage various projects concurrently, with values ranging from £5k to £1.5 million.
• Full control over the profit and loss and cost management of the projects.
• Responsible for creating and managing RAMs.
• Agreeing payments and negotiating retention.
• Ensure that margin aspirations are achieved for each project.
• Regularly visit sites to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, end-users, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure work meets high standards.
• Oversee the completion and issuance of project certification.

Skills & Experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role, managing security projects.
• Experience with Enterprise-level systems such as Ccure, Lenel and Gallagher is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• DV clearance is desirable but not essential; the company will support the clearance process.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Approach issues with a positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
• Friendly and approachable communication style.
