Technical Sales Coordinator (HVAC)

Location: Midlands.

£35,000 p/a, pension.

22 days holiday plus BH, pension.

Having been in the HVAC industry for nearly 70 years, and have become hugely successful within ventilation and air movement sector, and are now looking to expand further. As specialists in selling Air movement and ventilation solutions and well as fire safety equipment, amongst others, we take great pride in giving the best possible service from start to finish, seeing out projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are kept within. In the past few years, a real emphasis has been put on renewables, and making our projects as energy efficient as possible, while delivering the most advanced and up to date technology available on the market.

The Role:

• Based in our Midland office.
• Upselling on existing orders.
• Managing and maintaining existing customers – going through their existing database / CRM.
• Making sure stock is available and managing lead times
• Supporting the sales team
• Acting on and following up queries
• liaising with other teams, i.e. Sales, tech team etc

Skills and Experience:

• Must be a proven pre sales / sales admin, within the HVAC industry – with ideally 5 years exp.
• Able to manage and order stock.
• Be capable of following up queries, orders, quotes efficiently
• A good level of technical knowledge on the above systems.
• Working towards KPI’s
• Be able to read and understand design work.
• Being able to do efficient reports for management.
• Good all-around IT skills.
