The Company:

With contracts with multiple globally renowned household brands and various industry awards and accreditations, my client is one of the biggest names in AV providing coverage across a variety of sectors.

With over 100 employees, they are now expanding further and looking for experienced Engineers to join their team.

Brief Overview of Role:

To lead the maintenance and servicing of integrated AV systems proactively to minimise downtime for clients.

Duties:

-          Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and playing a senior role within the after-sales team.

-          Servicing of AV / VC systems and other integrated solutions.

-          Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance visits.

-          Make alterations to control system programming where necessary.

-          Accurate reporting and service record documentation.

-          Diagnose and repair issues with AV hardware, control systems and audio DSP’s.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

-          3 years’ experience as a Service Engineer within the AV sector.

-          Full Clean UK Driving License.

-          A good understanding of Crestron and AMX with the ability to diagnose faults and make small alterations to the configuration of these systems.

-          Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desired:

-          The ability to configure AV and lighting control systems.
