Senior Project Manager (Audio Visual)

The Company:

With contracts with multiple globally renowned household brands and various industry awards and accreditations, my client is one of the biggest names in AV providing coverage across a variety of sectors.

With over 100 employees, they are now expanding further and looking for experienced Project Managers to join their team.

Brief Overview of Role:

To take full responsibility of managing commercial AV installation projects from start to finish ensuring projects are delivered on budget and within the agreed time scale.

Duties:

-          Coordinate communication between contractors and all parties contributing towards project completion.

-          Manage multiple projects at once whilst staying organised and up to date on the progress of each individual project.

-          Liaise with the procurement team ensuring purchasing is completed in accordance to budgets.

-          Carry out risk assessments ensuring health and safety policies are followed.

-          Collaborate with the design team ensuring that the clients requirements are met and the design documentation is accurate.

-          Maintain contact with the client throughout projects, attending progress meetings.

-          Budgeting and taking partial responsibility for the margins of each completed project.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

-          3+ years Project Management experience within the AV sector.

-          Experienced in managing budgets of £500K+

-          The ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

-          Knowledge and experience in working with contractors.

Desirable:

-          Strong knowledge of AMX or Crestron systems.

-          Solutions design experience.
