AV Service Engineer (Residential)

£24,000 - £44,000 DOE

The Company:

A high-end residential AV integrator specialising in installing and maintain spectacular home cinemas, audio and home automation solutions.

The Role:

To carry out preventative maintenance, remote and on site service support to high profile clients.

Key duties include:

-          To troubleshoot issues with residential AV hardware and control systems ie. Home cinemas, access control, audio systems, touch panels, motorised blinds, wifi access points,  projectors, Lutron, Control 4 and Crestron systems.

-          Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure any installed systems continue to run smoothly.

-          Installation of small upgrades and replacements of AV devices.

-          Providing assistance to other internal departments where necessary.

-          To be able to work occasionally on an on call rota.

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

-          Minimum of 1 years’ experience servicing or commissioning residential AV systems.

-          Excellent customer service skills with the ability to put clients at ease.

-          A good understanding of systems such as Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, Rako.

-          Strong network knowledge.

Package details:

-          A salary ranging between £24K- £44K depending on experience.

-          23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
